How long does the process take, start to finish?
From the moment you write an offer, if you are using a mortgage to finance your purchase, it can take anywhere from 30-45 days until settlement (when you get your keys)!
I want to build a home, can you help me with that?
Absolutely! In fact, if you don’t have your own dedicated real estate agent representing you, the Builder’s agent will be your representation. And guess who their first fiduciary duty is… the Builder!
